Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on SOME of our range to the USA, UK, EU, Australia and Hong Kong. Simply select the Free Shipping option in the checkout process. For other products a shipping charge will apply. 

USA & Canada: 7 - 10 working days

UK: 3 - 4 working days

EU: 10 - 14 working days

Australia: 7 - 10 working days

Hong Kong: 7 - 10 working days

Rest of world: We apply a small shipping fee and delivery times vary per country.

 

Express shipping

We offer express shipping, for the exact rate to your address please select Express Shipping in the checkout process.  Typical express shipping times are:

USA and Canada: 1 - 4 working days

UK: 1 - 2 working days

EU: 2 - 4 working days

Australia: 2 - 4 working days

Worldwide: 12 - 14 working days

 

 

Order cut off time

We will do our best to dispatch orders on the same working day, if this is not possible orders will generally be dispatched on the next working day. 

 

Order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order.  After your order has been dispatched we will provide a tracking number via email or text. To receive these please enter your email & mobile number at checkout. Please note that tracking links may take up to 48 hours to display delivery details. If you haven't received your tracking number within 48 hours of ordering please email sales@multplx.com.

Some orders are processed and shipped directly from our headquarters in the United Kingdom. Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order. Unfortunately we cannot estimate what these fees may be. 

 

VAT & customs duties

Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from abroad. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. We will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.

 

USA

These products will not be subject to import duties.

These products will not be subject to import duties.

United Kingdom

European Union

Orders from the EU are fulfilled from our warehouse in the UK. EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid at checkout. This applied to individuals purchasing to a residential address, NOT businesses.

1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under EUR 150 (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.
2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under EUR 150 benefit from expedited customs processing, resulting in faster delivery times..
3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not included in the EUR 150 limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.
4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact our customer support at sales@multplx.com for assistance. 

 

Rest of world 

Orders to the rest of the world will be fulfilled from the United Kingdom or Hong Kong and will be subject to import duties (country of origin is China). Please check the specific import duties for your country.
