We offer shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam. Just select your country in the checkout process.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on the Anchor Adaptor, Universal Laptop Security Lock System and the Ultimate Laptop Security Lock System to the USA, UK and Europe. Simply select the Free Shipping option in the checkout process. For other products a shipping charge will apply.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we offer express shipping, for the exact rate to your address please select Express Shipping in the checkout process. Typical express shipping times are:
UK: 1 - 2 working days
USA and Worldwide: 3 - 4 working days
Note: During this time of high demand and ongoing challenges in the courier network, delivery may take longer but we will do our best to keep you informed.
When are orders dispatched?
Orders received before 10am UK time Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 10am UK time will be dispatched the next day. Orders received on the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order. After your order has been dispatched we will provide a tracking number via email or text. Please note that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display delivery details. If you haven't received your tracking number within 48 hours of ordering please email email@example.com.
Where is the order shipped from?
All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our headquarters in the United Kingdom. Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order. Unfortunately we cannot estimate what these fees may be.
Will there be any customs fees or duties?
Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from the United Kingdom. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. We will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
Shipping to Germany
Some of our products shipped to Germany will be delivered with all taxes paid including VAT and customs duty. Please check the product description where this will be indicated.
