Product Compatibility Guide

Here's a handy guide to check that you've got the right Multplx product for your device. 

 

 

Anchor Adapter / Universal Laptop Security Lock System / Ultimate Laptop Security Lock System

 

These products all fit to the audio port on your device. The audio port is also known as a 3.5mm headphone jack, auxiliary (AUX port), or 1/8 inch jack. It's the port where you would usually connect headphones. 

You'll find a 3.5mm headphone jack on practically all laptops, Chromebooks, notebooks and many other devices. 

The best way to check compatibility is physically check your device for this port, or the read the tech specifications of your device before purchasing. 

 

Anchor - Adapter for Surface Go and Pro / Surface Go and Pro Lock

 

This Anchor is specifically designed for the Surface PC 2-in-1 range of products and clips straight to the Surface kick stand. 

 

The Anchor Adapter for Surface Pro and Go will work with all models of:

Microsoft Surface Pro
Microsoft Surface Go

 

 

AlarmID - Portable USB-C Biometric Security Cable with Alarm

 

The AlarmID is compatible with any devices that has a USB Type-C port. USB Type-C has become increasingly popular due to its versatility and capabilities, so the majority of modern laptops include at least one USB Type-C port if not more. 

 

 

You'll find a USB Type-C port on many modern laptops, tablets and smartphones.
